DAY 90: Quarter Quell


As you all know, for the past 90 days I've been playing my own version of the "hunger games." (No I'm not forcing children to fight to the death for my amusement.) While this is definitely not what Suzanne Collins had in mind when penning her series, my geeky love for the books felt this was too good of a theme to pass up.

Anyway, Day 90 has finally arrived meaning that I have completed the first quarter of my goal. It's a bit surreal to think that 1/4 of PNM360 is already over. I still have a long way to go (270 days to be exact), but I am pleased with my progress thus far. And, even though this is really hard for me to do, I've decided to post some pictures.

From Day 1, and every 30 days since, I've taken progress pictures. I'm shocked looking back at the first photo and seeing how I looked. I hate having pictures taken of myself because they are reminders of what I really look like. That being said, you have to realize how hard this was for me to do. But a promise is a promise, and I really am proud of the improvements from that first day. So, deep breath, here we go...

DAY 1: 308.8 lbs
 

DAY 30: 290.6 lbs (18.2 lbs lost)


DAY 60: 277.6 lbs (31.2 lbs lost)


DAY 90: 268.8 (40 lbs lost)


I can see how far I still have to go in the days I have left, but I'm proud of how far I've come in just the first 90 days. Something you might not be able to tell from the pictures, but those are new, smaller workout clothes in the most recent picture. I hope that these pictures motivate you all to make changes, too. PNM360 isn't just about weight loss, it's about making a life change of any kind for the better. If there's one thing I'll keep telling you, it's that you (and only you) can make those changes. But you need to take that first step and be ready to change for yourself and no one else.
