Motivate Me Monday (on Tuesday)

Sorry for the lateness of the Motivate Me Monday. For some reason I had a horrific time with my Internet connection again yesterday. But I though, rather than post it next week and be behind yet again, I may as well just post it today. I mean, who can't use some motivation on a Tuesday!
